Some of this information will look familiar, but I have gone through and updated everything posted in the membership area. In the food/nutrition section, I have added much more information to what I had previously shared with you.
I have much more planned after these topics, but these will go up first. It will probably take me a few weeks to get these categories completely up. I am doing everything myself, so it takes a while to write everything and then get it up here on this site. I hope you will find it helpful. I will be posting every week and shooting for Fridays to be the release date of new info. I will be posting more this weekend as well.
