Joni Eareckson Tada has been an inspiration to me since I was a teenager. I never could have imagined, that one day I would have a son with multiple disabilities and that he would be the catalyst for me working side by side with Joni's ministry. Joni is an incredible woman, with an amazing testimony. She became a quadraplegic in a diving accident when she was 17. She is the founder of an international organization that helps people across the globe through various outreaches. She is a gifted artist, singer, author and speaker. She gives hope to so many as she brings awareness to the world about how to meet the needs of the disability community. I am honored to be an official Ministry Associate of JAF since 2010. Chris has such a heart for the Lord and I am blessed to call him a friend and ministry partner in spreading hope to the hurting and pointing the way to Jesus. When Chris was five years old, his father killed his mother and brother, shot Chris in the head and then he killed himself. By the grace of God Chris survived.
Chris speaks in churches, conferences and at youth facilities. He shares a message of hope....he shows that we can overcome anything with the help of God. He tells the youth that they are loved...many have never heard those words spoken to them before.

I was blessed to be involved with a three day outreach with Nick Vuijicic in the Imperial Valley. He is an amazing man, with an incredible ministry that has reached over a billion people world wide. Nick was born without limbs, yet he has not let that stop him from doing things like, swimming, playing soccer, surfing, having a family or traveling the world to bring hope and inspiration and to share the good news of the gospel. Nick's ministry, Life Without Limbs, is an affiliate of Joni and Friends.
Anne Peterson is a poet, speaker and published author. Some of her books include her memoir, Broken: A Story of Abuse and Survival, Real Love: Guaranteed to Last, and children’s books, including: Emma’s Wish, The Crooked House. She recently published Droplets, a poetry book for those in grief. Anne has also authored 42 published Bible Studies and over 30 articles with christianbiblestudies.com and Today’s Christian Woman. Anne is also a regular contributor to www.crosswalk.com. Her poetry is available in gift stores throughout the U.S. as well as in 23 countries.
